| Wolf |
| Wolf is another classic game you and your golfing friends can play next time you head out to the course. This is a game that needs to have 4 players and it can get a little complicated but you will have hours of fun playing this classic game. Before you have teed up you begin by determining the order of play.
Players will rotate that same order throughout
the round: player 1 hits 1st on #1, then 2nd on
#2, 3rd on #3, and so on. The player teeing off
first on each hole is the Wolf. The players take
turns playing the Wolf based on the rotation of
the established tee off order. To read all the rules of Wolf or to get a printed version of this game just click on the link below. |

Mulligan....what is a Mulligan? |
There are many theories
about the origin of the term. The United States Golf
Association (USGA) cites three stories explaining that
the term derived from the name of a Canadian golfer,
David Mulligan, one time manager of the Waldorf Astoria
Hotel in New York City, who played at the Country Club
of Montreal golf course, in Saint-Lambert near Montreal
during the 1920s. One version has it that one day after
hitting a poor tee shot, Mulligan re-teed and shot again.
He called it a "correction shot," but his
friends thought it more fitting to name the practice
after him. Learn more about the Mulligan by clicking the link below. |

| Skins |
| Okay here is a good game that you can play with a foursome or many foursomes. This game is often used in tournament formats to create some fun for all the golfers involved. You have to come up with some badges the participants must wear or attach to their golf bags. Then you need to determine what the badges will be used for. For example you could have a water badge that is for the person that shoots their ball into the water. As the round goes on the last person holding the water badge wins a prize, pays a penalty or what ever you see fit. Trust me when I say that this is a great game and it can keep everyone laughing regardless how their golf game is progressing. Nassau |
Here is a game that you can add to the next employee golf tournament. It is called Golf Bingo and you play this game by giving everyone a card that they have to mark. You can arrange the card any way that you like so that it suits the course that you are going to play. You can add squares for three putts, birdies, bogeys and tons of other things. What you put on the card will make the game easier or tougher depending on what your likes are. When all the golfers are back after their round of golf you have them bring the bingo cards in. Then you can start the game of bingo. You can do different shapes on the card for prizes. For rules and full instructions just click on the link below. |
